Broccoli is my ALL TIME FAVORITE veggie. Not that my list of “veggies I eat” is long...but it is slowly growing, I just added cucumber to it! But broccoli I love. Raw, cooked, whatever...love it!
This dinner is delicious. I probably could/should use brown rice (or something with a little more nutrition than white rice). White is all we have right now, so that is what we ate. I added more broccoli than the recipe called for, of course. Very very tasty.
