Beauty Foods to make you Look Younger

I love Dr. Oz. 

Dr. Oz is sharing some great information this week.   I really enjoyed the segment Foods that make you Look Younger.   Usually you hear about these foods and they are impossible to find but Dr. Oz put together a very practical list that all women could use.

1.      Guava

Guava has four times more vitamin C than an orange.   Vitamin C builds collagen and is a natural Botox.   Dr. Oz recommended eating 2 cups of Guava per week.
