Be Free Where You Are: Mindfulness for Everyday Life
Posted Apr 14 2011 8:57pm
I am offering an amazing workshop to help you create a sense of balance and presence wherever you are.
Mindfulness is the energy that helps us look deeply at our body, feelings, mind, perceptions, and all that is around us. With mindfulness, we can choose how to live our lives now. We can seize any moment and begin anew. It is as simple as taking a few in-breaths and out-breaths here and there throughout the day—-while answering emails, waiting in line, or sitting in traffic.
