It’s a Beautiful Life has always been about finding the beauty in things, whether it be in the little things surrounding or the beautiful places around the world. Most importantly it’s about finding the beauty in YOUrself.

When I recently came across the website Operation Beautiful ,  I HAD to share.

Operation Beautiful works to “end negative self – talk” and encourage positive self-esteem.” The process is pretty simple: Spread the word and make others feel good about themselves.
