BATHTIME EXERCISES

Stand with feet slightly wider than hips. Hold a kettlebell in each hand under your chin, palms facing each other, bells resting on forearms, and fingers interlaced (if possible).

Keeping weights just below chin, squat deeply. Stand up, squeezing your glutes tight and pushing your hips forward as you rise; repeat.
