Clif: Crunchy Peanut Butter

This crisped rice bar has the highest calories of all the bars and the most sugar as well. This is a crunchy, gooey bar - by far the most bendable and substantial bar. Rather than being covered by a peanut butter flavored shell, the flavor is dispersed evenly throughout the bar to hold the crisped rice together. Among all the crisped rice/soy bars, I thought that the Clif bar had the most appealing texture. It has a nice, soft chew with just enough crunch, and isn't too sweet, but you get a lot of peanut butter flavor. While the Clif bar is probably too high in calories to be a regular snack, I had this bar in the middle of a 6-mile hike and it was very filling and satisfying for the hike down the mountain as well.
