banana nut oatmeal

a quick easy healthy breakfast
 
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup oats
2 egg whites
dash of salt, cinnamon, vanilla
half a banana
sprinkle of walnuts
 
heat almond milk to a boil (careful not to let it burn the bottom of pan)
add oats
let boil about 4 mins continuously stirring
during the last min add egg, be sure to incorporate it quickly
let cook additional minute
take off stove
add banana, cinnamon, salt (if you want), vanilla
stir together and top with walnuts :)
