Back to Bodyrocking

When I got home from my shift at the university, I was ready for dinner! I had one last thin crust pizza in the freezer just waiting to be cooked. I made myself a small protein smoothie as I cooked my pizza. I threw in 1/4 scoop of Bodylogix vanilla protein powder, a whole frozen banana and about 3/4 of a cup of Nature Vanilla Rice Milk (totally hooked by the way)!


My pizza was ready in 15 minutes flat. The thin crust pizza came with some veggies, but I threw on some more onions and hot peppers just to be safe. I gobbled up half the pizza and saved the other half for tomorrow.


After digesting my protein shake and pizza, I decided I should probably squeeze in a workout before bed, since I missed Bodyrocking last night.
