Back on Track Tuesday

Hello friends!

After surviving two weeks of the plague at our house, I think we are back on track!

I actually excised yesterday.  I did  Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred - Level 1.  Usually this is a pretty easy workout for me, but after laying on the couch & coughing for two weeks it really kicked my butt.  Today I'm planning a little yoga along with some puppy walking.

Speaking of the puppy, I took him along on my morning errands today.

We learned that when you go through the drive-thru at Tim Horton's so that mom can get a caramel mocha latte, the puppy in the car gets a TimBit!  Ruger was very excited.
