Me again. Here to share my whoa-is-me fitness tale. Just kidding, I won't put you through that because it's quite pathetic, really. What I will tell you is I'm back on the fitness wagon.
But you know what? It's not easy. Not for anyone. Everyone struggles with motivation whether they admit it or not. If we didn't struggle we'd all look like fitness gods and be eating a diet of kale, tofu, and doritos quinoa on the reg. Of course, I do this but I completely understand if some of the rest of you have difficulties with this menu. (Tofu? Gross.)
Just for Today I will:
1. Walk Mauka at our spot.
A dad and his dog at our walk spot.
2. Run for 3.1 miles or more. Update: Run 45 minutes or longer. See why here .
