Sooooo, my goals for March need some work.
1. Meditate Twice Daily – Incomplete
2. Journal Daily – Almost Complete
3. Read for 1 hour daily – COMPLETE!
1. Sign up for a race – COMPLETE! (I signed up for the Virginia Beach Half Marathon in September)
2. Do yoga five days weekly – Almost Complete
3. Incorporate Insanity into workout twice a week – Incomplete (I’ve been focusing on running)
1. Create an editorial Calendar – COMPLETE!
2. Participate in Blog Carnival once a week – COMPLETE!
3. Make at least one Youtube video weekly - COMPLETE!
1. Finish Kara Goucher’s Book “Running for Women”
2. Continue to Journal Daily
3. Meditate a few times a week at least
1. Attend a new yoga studio in the area
2. Run a little everyday
3. Do some circuit training everyday to balance the running
1. Schedule blog posts night before
2. Start an Interview series
3. Setup a few more freelance opportunities
