However, I did find that in an attempt to cut out bad snacking from my diet, I ate a lot of nuts (Damn you Whole Foods for selling those pure roasted unsalted nuts). So this week, I'm going to be trying to reduce my nuts consumption as well. I mean, nuts are great but we really should only be eating about a handful a day to benefit from the protein without all the calories.
Anyway, this week, we are focusing on the liquid part of our diet. It's sooooo easy to eat right and then kill it all with what we drink. Remember that what you drink can make or break your nutrition regimen as well. So what are we doing? Drinking 8 glasses of water every day, and cutting out all other liquids that we didn't make a home (like bottled juices, soda, malt drinks, alcohol, etc). Let's see what we can achieve!
