My co-workers, Heather and Joe (who technically are my bosses, but like to be called co-workers because they are awesome!!) told me about this sweet app that you can track workouts on and you get points for each activity. It has just about every exercise imaginable!! You find the exercises, enter weight and sets of reps and viola! It gives you points. You can track your friends workouts too and compete against them….ha ha!
I have it downloaded to my iTouch (which is currently out of commission since it’s stuck in recovery mode….boo!) and my PC desktop. I really like the simplicity of it and how it inspires me to workout. You can complete challenges and set PRs on it too. It’s loads of fun and highly recommend it! (Ps, totally just taught myself how to do a screen shot!! Booya!)
Well, week one of the Whole30 Challenge is over!! I am super proud to say that I didn’t cheat or slip once (except the sulfites in the deli meat but that was me trusting the label….dumb move!). But, being 99.9% is pretty encouraging. It’s amazing how making good food choices makes me more confident in other areas too. So, here’s my food log for the last two days. I made it a goal to add more veggies and I totally have!! Go me!

Snap peas and deli meat turkey (discovered this has sulfites! Dang it!! Must read labels more carefully)
