aNOTHER pROTEIN pACKED mEAL

1. eat more fruits & veggies (at least 1/meal) ...carried over from my NOVEMBER GOALS

  • This goal will take me FOREVER to accomplish. I have such a hard time getting my fruits & veggies. Carry this one over!!

2. serve someone else every week (serve my man and little man at least once a day!)

  • I didn’t keep track of this everyday, but pretty sure I did this one. Christmas time is such an easy time to think of & serve others.

3. create a new Holiday Family Tradition

  • We came up with a few, one of which is eating sticky buns for Christmas breakfast!!

4. sign up for a race for 2011

  • Ok, I didn’t sign up for one, but I found one that is in May. A 1/2 or full marathon, we’ll see which I’m up for! Can’t sign up for a while yet, but I will.

5. run at least 15 miles a week

  • ALMOST did this one. The third week in Dec I only got 10 1/2 miles, otherwise I did good.
