Another plan failure and eating things I shouldn't

Even though I didn't get enough sleep, I woke up ready for our volunteer work..until I realized my boyfriend could barely walk because his back hurt so bad from yesterdays picnic events(5k, softball, tug-of-war, push up contest). Yeah, my back would be hurting too! We decided it'd be best not to go and I fell back asleep until the time we were supposed to leave..and then found out he HAD to go.
That meant another morning of cold cereal alllll by myself.. :(
Another combination of Kashi Go Lean, organic puffed kamut, Fiber One honey squares, stevia, almond milk and sliced organic strawberries! It was delicious, so breakfast alone wasn't so bad.
When the boyfriend and his friends made it to the house they'd be volunteering at, they were told that help wasn't needed anymore..so much for that 40 minute drive. SO what'd they do instead?! Go to Cracker Barrel.....WITHOUT ME. Even worse, sending me a picture of the delightful feast. Yeah..It's not like I've been wanting to go to Cracker Barrel for two years or anything, mainly because I want to go to the little gift shop at the front of the restaurant. :) Before he got home, I got a text saying that he got me something from the gift shop. He called these "damage control"...clever ;) They were actually really good though! Especially the apple rings! My stomach was not pleased with all of the sugar since I've cut back a lot lately. The whole afternoon was spent being completely lazy, followed by taking a two hour nap. I hate naps! But I guess my body felt it was necessary. I finally got around to cutting up a delicious honeydew that we bought over a week ago! I think it's pretty much pure luck if you end up with a good melon. My mom shakes them and says that if you can hear the seeds when you shake it, it'll be a good one! I shook a few, got some weird looks and just grabbed the biggest one I could find and it ended up just fine! :) Before starting Day 6 of my Insanity workout, I decided to eat something I shouldn't eat before a workout, or ever really. Couldn't resist when I kept my sample spoon from the store!
