Update: I had a question about how I have been lifting – splits or full body. I like both and if I don’t have a lot of time I like full body, but normally I like doing one or two body parts a day. This is what my schedule has looked like lately (sometimes I switch days depending on my schedule).
Sun: Back or Back and bis
Wed: Off or Arms
Thurs: Off or Arms
Sat: Shoulders and tris
Basically I try to do legs twice a week and back, arms and shoulders once or twice a week -depending on my schedule. Some weeks I will end up doing arms twice, sometimes shoulders.
