Did you know that usually Iron and Folic Acid are associated only with prenatal vitamins ? That’s a wrong idea, iron and folic acid are two essencial minerals to prevent and cure anemia. I have a past historical of anemia crisis and iron was always the main medication to treat it.

Iron and folic acid can be found in many green vegetable (lettuces, peas, spinaches, broccolis etc) as well as cereals and turkey among others. Iron is very important in the production of red globules so make sure you get enough daily food with iron as well as folic acid.
