An Exercise Post

OMGoodness!! You know that recipe I was writing about in yesterday's post ? You know... The one that we were having for dinner last night! Yes! That one!! The dish was AMAZING!! If you choose to make the recipe, the only thing I suggest is to let the beef marinate in the sauce overnight before starting the slow cooker. The meat was so tender and juicy at the same time. A real success and a definite redo!

So how did your day go yesterday? Did you get any exercise in?

Ok... back to reality. Yes I sure got my exercise in!!! :-D  I think I'm still feeling the benefits this morning. I feel full of energy! Even last night, towards the end of my workout. My workout buddie was saying how tired he felt while I was giddy and full of energy!

I chose one of the workouts from my new fitness app; iFitness Pro . I chose the Body Toning for Women. The exercises were simple yet I really felt as though I was targetting the muscles which were supposed to be worked on.

I started my workout with 20 minutes on the Elliptical; incline 1, level 17. I got a good sweat on but not too much.

Today I will be shooting pictures of what I eat in preparation for the What I Ate Wednesday post. Chat with you later!!

Oh! I almost forgot! Guess what book I'm reading now? Fifty Shades of Grey!! I got the trilogy as a gift this Christmas. Have you read it?
