The little man & I went on a good long walk today with our friend Kim. Last Tuesday we went on a walk, so why not again this Tuesday. Perhaps it will become a Tuesday tradition.
After our walk, I tried out a workout that another friend, Jeni, filled me in on. She actually was telling me about the 30 Day Shred workout video by Jillian Michaels . I didn’t copy it exactly, hopefully that means it’s okay that I put it on my blog. If you want the real deal, then you should get her workout video .
Here is what I did, with VERY LITTLE resting in between each workout:
I stuck with 8 lb weights almost the whole time (the push-ups & squats w/ the overhead press killed me). Basically it’s 3 circuits, 3 minutes of weights, 2 minutes of cardio & 1 minute of abs.
It was a great workout! It was only 30 minutes, but I was sweating by the end and nice & tired. I don’t know how her video is, but my altered workout was awesome!
