After a 30 minute walk on a sunny warm (75 degrees) day, my hands begin to itch and swell. I cannot bend my fingers for 15 min.

This began happening when I was a teenager with no other health concerns.  It would also occur in extreme cold.  I could walk home carrying my guitar case and my fingers would literally have to be pried from around the handle.  It only recently started to happen again during my daily walks.
