Ok so after some research and lots of questions being answered by Eric Lichter(strength coach for Ohio State University)- I am deciding to put this product to the test. I became interested when my boyfriend, Nate Ebner, started on AdvoCare's Nutrition program for athletes-Eric being his trainer. I sat and looked at all of his supplements when he first started and turning them all around and studied their nutrition labels. Some of the Nutrition facts I found interesting so I looked into it a little more. Sooo.. long story short I am extremely impressed with this product line. So I have decided to see what the hype is about this 24 day challenge.
I workout 7 days a week, eat pretty freaking healthy (although I do have the occasional sweet treat and night out :D) - So I am going to give this my all and see what kind of results this can give me. I am doing the 10 day cleanse right before the Arnold Classic and then I will finish the last 11-24 days just in time for spring break. What am I really trying to achieve from this- Number one I would like to break my sweet tooth craving- Maybe loose a little lbs-Last but not least, this plan is suppose to make your body feel great and give you loads of energy..
