Happy Friday! Last week, I received a nice package from Activia containing their new line of Activia Selects yogurt. Unfortunately there was a delay between when the yogurts arrived and when I actually received the yogurts from the shipping department at work. The yogurts were warm so I had to throw them all out. I hate wasting food like that! I contacted Activia and they offered to hand deliver the yogurts to my work! Talk about good customer service! This immediately made me love the company without even trying the yogurt.

Parfait yogurt that is available in strawberry, vanilla, peach and mixed berry flavors
I got to try the French Style with strawberry fruit bites as well as the Greek yogurt in strawberry flavor. I loved the French Style since it had big chunks of fresh strawberries on the bottom. It made a delicious dessert and sweet afternoon snack! The Greek yogurt was also thick and had the perfect amount of sweetness to it. I would definitely purchase both of these in the future. As far as my digestion goes, I did not notice any difference but I think if I ate these yogurts on a regular basis, I would probably notice some improvement.
