Activia 14 Day Challenge - Day Three & Malmaison meal!

Hello people, hope all is well. I've had a bit of a funny day today - suffering a bit with tummy troubles and the like. But I've had some very positive feedback from the lovely folk over at Twitter and feel like I've got some good ideas going forward :)
Day Three of my Activia Challenge is over, and once again I've had a fab day of foody treats.
Breakfast was the same again, 2 blueberry & walnut muffins, a banana and an Activia cherry snackpot My mid morning snack was a Healthy Flapjack
and my normal 2 brazil nuts.
I got hungry again a little later so went 'off the plan' and had a small portion of a nut mix I made a while ago - roasted macadamia nuts, cashews, almonds and dried cranberries.
15cm piece wholegrain baguette (I didn't have one so used ciabatta instead)
3 sun-dried tomatoes
1tsp pine nuts
Handful of rocket (I used spinach)
Halve a 15cm piece wholegrain baguette and spread over 4tbsp hummus. Chop 3 sun-dried tomatoes and sprinkle over the hummus. Top with 1tsp pine nuts and a handful of rocket.
Really liked this - I was a bit concerned the bread would play havoc on my tum, but it was ok. The flavours in this were wonderful!
I also had cherry tomatoes
And a prune Activia yog
I was hungry before walking home, so I had an extra snack - I bag of nut mix that I made with pistachios and almonds and some raisins.
Before my workout I had 3 frozen dates and my homemade raw chocolate & raisin bark. I'm not normally this repetitive with my pre workout fuel, but I'm just so into this at the mo!
After my workout, I made a green monster. In the mix today was 1 tablespoon ground flax, half a cup of Activia natural pouring yogurt, half a cup of rice milk, 1 tablespoon raw cocao powder, a banana, 2 handfuls of spinach, wheatgrass, 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder and half a cup of water
So glad to have found this in the shops. And the natural flavour too rather than the sweet stuff, fab!
I always find that yogurt in a smoothie really brings out the flavour of the greens. It makes it a lot less sweet tasting.
Cook 200g of spaghetti according to the pack instructions, drain and set aside. Then heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a non-stick frying pan, crush 2 garlic cloves and fry them gently for 1 minute. Add a large pinch each of dried oregano and basil, 1 large can of chopped tomatoes and 1 tbsp of tomato puree. Simmer until the sauce thickens, then add a 200g pack of prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes until the prawns turn pink. Divide the spaghetti between 2 plates, top with the prawn mix and serve with salad.
Hmm, nice bit of tomato splatter on the plate there!
I love prawn pasta, and not surprisingly I really enjoyed this!
Dessert with yet another cherry snack pot with 5 chopped walnuts

My main was the Butternut Squash Ravioli
With a side order of braised cabbage
Delicious, I'll certainly order this again!!
We had a bottle of yummy red
For dessert, I had apple & hazelnut crumble with caramel custard And I had my first ever non alcoholic cocktail!
Hubby's espresso martini and my berry cooler. It was gorge, I'll definitely go for the non booze drinks more often.
