My Pure! Each month I have been able to choose two products to try and review, and here's the first product I have been using this month:
Acorelle Epilation Skin Glorifier & Hair Growth Inhibitor .
Now, excess hair - isn't really something people want to think or talk about! But, it happens to the best of us and I for one have been 'lucky' enough to be blessed with my Dad's mono brow. It doesn't just meet in the middle actually, it grows pretty much EVERYWHERE above my eyes and if I don't tweeze it every five minutes I start looking like the
Gallaghers .
So, when My Pure emailed to tell us about the launch of this new product, I knew I had to give it a try.

The product comes in a tube about the size of eye cream with an applicator end that's slightly ribbed - presumably to aid rubbing it in to the skin.
Before the first application, I tweezed my brows good and proper so all the excess hair was removed then started using the product after cleansing and moisturising every morning and evening.
It was easy to apply, if a little runny. It did take some time to rub it, but absorbed quite well with not too much greasiness.
I'm not kidding, I could see and feel a difference the very next day!! I couldn't believe it. I normally have to tame my brows every single day but I was able to not bother for the first time in years! I did notice some regrowth a few days later but the hairs were much more sparse and definitely finer. I was even able to wax my brows - something I've never really been able to get the hang of before!
I can't say it has totally stopped the hairs yet, but I can go a good few days without needed to tweeze, and the fact that it's now manageable enough for me to wax too means the hairs are going to become even more fine and the regrowth even more slower.
According to the website blurb, it could take up to 56 days before the hair density is considerably reduced, but I am seeing the benefits already after 3 weeks and I'm and loving it! This is really one of the best products I've ever used, especially as I thought I'd been plagued with crazy brows forever. To think the hair may almost be totally gone in a few weeks makes me very pleased indeed. And I can't believe this can all be possible without horrible harsh chemicals! It's amazing.
