This week we’ll be working the abs – the main trouble zone for a lot of people. When working your abdominal muscles, it’s important to give equal attention to each of the muscles: the rectus abdominus, transverse abdominus, and the internal and external obliques. The ABC move is a great one because you’ll be able to feel it working all over. Here’s a tip: the bigger range of motion you have, the more effective the move will be! Good luck and enjoy!
ABC Ab move: Lie on your back on the ground, with your hands underneath your glutes and your feet up in the air. Slowly trace the entire alphabet (lower case!) with your feet. Feel free to take a break in the middle, around ‘p’ if you need to, just don’t let your feet touch the ground!
