AbApril Challenge Giveaway

In the beginning of April we challenged you to " Improve Your Plank " time with our #AbApril challenge.
We loved seeing your tweets and watching so many of your both simultaneously hate us and love seeing your core strength increase.

If you've been diligently following #AbApril kudos!  We want to you take Monday or Tuesday to record your max plank and then tweet, facebook, shout it from the roof, and comment here on how much you've improved. Use #AbApril!
I started  around 4:24 and grew to 4:37 in week 2 and I haven't been able to match that since.  I'm taking today off and I'm going to nervously take on the 5 minute mark tomorrow.

The irony is that when I started #AbApril I had no idea that mid-April I would be asked to host an informercial for an ab product.  I only had 5 days to prepare and get ready, so I'm glad I had already been focusing on abs this month.
