A week's worth of arm workouts.

Last week a fellow blogger friend, Elle from Nutritionella asked if I would put together a wedding prep arm workout for her, something she could do here and something that requires no equipment when she heads to her destination wedding.  I put together a week's worth of arm workouts, alternating between days requiring weights and a day of no equipment exercises.  
When prepping for a big event, especially your wedding day you want to look your best and your arms and back are usually the only part of your body completely visible.  The muscle groups we want to target include; biceps, triceps, deltoids, rhomboids (middle back), lower trapezius, and latissimus dorsi. The exercise series below hit all of the major muscle groups and vary in exercises to challenge the body to continue to get stronger and more toned, exactly what you might be looking for on your big day!

If you have any questions regarding the exercises below feel free to shoot me a message!  I suggest two sets of small hand weights (ranging from 3-12 lbs), lighter weights for shoulder exercises and heavier for back, biceps, and triceps.
*Remember to modify as needed.
