This morning I woke up and found a pretty little box on my doorstep full of these beauties:
Ryan from POM Wonderful sent me a box of glorious pomegranate juice. Can you believe I’ve never tried this stuff before? Thanks Ryan!
Oh I have such plans for you. Look forward to seeing many pom-wonderful recipes this week!
lunch. Lunch was a spectacular event today as well. I was really craving raw veggies for some reason – and I’m not one to deny a craving.
Boy, am I having a good day! This veggie-packed sandwich was LOADED with deliciousness.
Two slices of oatnut bread + cucumbers + tomato + red onion + carrots + mozzarella + bean sprouts + lettuce + a little mayo. Delishhhh. The only thing that could have possibly made it any better would be hummus. I really need to get my hands on some hummus!!
Unfortunately, I devoured all of my lentil chips yesterday (heartbreaking!) so I rolled with a side of Lays Lightly Salted instead.
I’m not really one for potato chips, but these weren’t actually that bad. I liked the lightly salted wayyyy more than the usual Lays. The salt overload on the normal chips usually burns my tastebuds!
On the agenda today: – Make veggie enchiladas to pack for dinner (Ole!) – Clean my room – Laundry – Work
Does it seem like my days are getting boring to you too? I need a little spice in my life!! Anyone wanna go bungee jumping with me? Come onnn please?!
