A New Year: A New You Workshop! Creating Healthy Intentions in the New Year.

Its amazing that New Years is only a few weeks away. Did you know that the tradition of the New Year’s Resolutions goes all the way back to 153 B.C. !
Janus, a mythical king of early Rome was placed at the head of the calendar. With two faces, Janus could look back on past events and forward to the future. Janus became the ancient symbol for resolutions and many Romans looked for forgiveness from their enemies and also exchanged gifts before the beginning of each year.
As a way to create healthy intentions, I am offering this amazing workshop to help you create a wellness plan. We will look back at the last year and see what would we like to do better in this year? In this two hour workshop we will set the reset button and move into the New Year with clear intentions for your health and wellness. Topics Include:
Complete a full wellness assessment to address ALL your health and wellness goals.
Learn how to work with eating when you aren’t hungry and combat emotional eating.
Practice exercises in awareness of hunger and fullness.
Learn how to use mindfulness to keep tapped into your internal wisdom for making good choices around health and wellness.
