I got dressed and started to pump myself up for my long 10 mile run.I stepped outside and saw it was raining...but I wasn't going to let that stop me! I have to say my new running mix made the time fly by!

The last time I ran 10 miles, I completed it in 1:39.10. I shaved a whole 2.33 off my previous time...AWESOME!
I credit my time to my running snack - apricots and mini marshmallows!
I feel good, just a bit tired and a little sore. After running we made the rounds at 3 different grocery stores.I had to get prepared for the Super Bowl - I have a bunch of new recipes I'm trying out!
I plan on spending the rest of my day... being lazy watching some Good Wife getting a pedicure& then off to a dinner party
