3 Tbs. 100% Egg White Liquid 1 Tbs. Unsweetened Applesauce 1/4 cup Milk of choice (I use unsweetened Flax Milk) 1 1/2 tsp. Maple Flavoring 1 tsp. Vanilla Flavoring 1/2 tsp SweetLeaf Stevia 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (12-13g) 1 Tbs. Whole Wheat Flour 2 Tbs. Coconut Flour 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder 1/8 tsp. Baking Soda 1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice Optional: Stevia and Cinnamon sprinkled on top before baking. Combine wet ingredients and stir in the dry. Pour into prepared muffin tin. Sprinkle with optional Stevia & Cinnamon. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes. Nice title, right?! HaHa! I figured I would start you off with the muffin! It is a protein superstar, has no sugar or any other 'stuff' in it! That's right, a healthy muffin! It was also this mornings breakfast and I promised myself that I would get a picture of the inside, but I kind of just stuffed it in my face. Oops!I guess my hour long cardio and weight session had me a little hungry! Now that we have the muffin out of the way (nutritional stats are at the end of the post.)
