Hellooo – I am finally back after a much needed break.
Over the holidays, I decided I needed to take some personal time and relax a little bit. I am now back and ready for action
I hope everyone had a great break and a good New Years! What are some of your resolutions this year? I made a list (of course) and I’m sticking to it!
2013 Beautiful Life Resolutions
1. Try out new activities – I’ve signed up for an adult ballet class already so we’ll see how that goes. Either way, it’s something new that I’ve never done before.
2. Say YES to more things that come my way – I want to be proactive with opportunities that are given to me that could easily pass me by if I don’t choose to take advantage of them. They might not always be the right thing, but I will learn along the way.
3. Continue to take care of my body – It’s important and I want to make sure I keep it up. I’m finding new ways to continue so I don’t get bored along the way. My new absolute favorite – practicing Yoga and using meditation to calm my mind. It’s such a great feeling to see your accomplishments through Yoga. You can challenge yourself in so many ways!
4. Making sure to take time for myself – The body knows best right? I want to start listening more to mine when it comes to things like needing more sleep or a break. For instance, when my body needed a break from these past holidays, I listened – and I now feel refreshed and ready to get back into the swing of things because I took that time to listen.
Anyways, it’s Friday, I’ve got my favorite Pandora station on and I’m pretty siked for the weekend.
