A Little Hump Day Chit Chat

Oh man, I was about to say good morning. Oops! It is after 12:00 HaHa!
I don't know why it seems so early.
I got up and worked out bright and early this morning. 
It is a cross training day, so I usually focus on my legs.My training schedule just calls for 30 minutes of cross training, but that doesn't always seem like enough.I can imagine if I was doing something strenuous, but I don't really think I am.I actually started Hip Hop Abs this week. Ha! I like to do all kinds of things or else I get bored. Shaun T is pretty fun and I like the upbeat moves.At least it is a nice break from all my other stuff. Not what I would call a calorie burner though.  I think I will sneak in some leg stuff tonight, after I get back from Ian's lacrosse game.My workouts have been kind of random. I am definitely getting bored and in need of outdoor activities.   Umm...yeah. I finally got around to working out at about 11:30 last night.

Have I mentioned that I am obsessed with instagram? Ugh!
