Today was a much needed day of rest. My abs are still recovering from my core workout and my legs got pretty worked yesterday . I’m tired and sore!
We slept in until our little man woke us up (if 8 is sleeping in). Then we lounged all day until church , some of us even got in a nap!
I love how relaxed & restful Sundays (usually) are.
Tomorrow my plan is a 4 mile run with a small amount of interval training thrown in. I don’t want to say I’m training for a marathon, because that is when I get injured or things get in the way and I end up not running it (happened 2 times now). So, I will just say that I have a training plan for the next few months, and we’ll see where that takes me!!
