A Couple

of pounds, is what I lost this week and  I am happy about that.  YAY!
This week I took 3 yoga classes at this this Little place down the street, and I got a little bit of strength exercise and I watched what I ate.  Now to face the weekend. I will be strong, because my will is strong. And that, is what I tell myself over and over.
