“Quick Recipes” Round-Up (30 Minutes & Under)

Whether you’re doing the Eat in Month challenge or not, I think we can all agree that “quick recipes” are great to have in your back pocket when you need good food fast. Here’s a recipe round-up of some fast recipes that take 30 minutes or less (broken down by category – links are under the related photo, if there’s a photo). Hopefully, you can find a couple recipes you like, make a grocery list, and either whip up some of these recipes this weekend or plan to use them next week.

Food Network Inspiration: Love her or hate her, I’ve made a few Rachael Ray 30 Minute Meals that I really enjoyed. Favorites include: her Salisbury Steak TV dinner , Pan-Seared Chicken with Tender Leek , and Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breasts with Tomato and Basil and Potatoes with Pepper and Onions .
