There’s also nothing like a jar of peanut butter jelly oats to get your day rolling:

Jenna gave me the idea for oats in a jar. If you’re anything like me, you keep about three jars of nut butter in stock at a time. Whenever one gets to the point where it’s practically empty, put your oatmeal in it and enjoy the creamy blend created. For todays oats in a jar, I used:

1/2 Cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats

1/4 Cup Skim Milk

3/4 Cup Water

1 Teaspoon of Sarabeth’s Strawberry Preserves (The Best!)

Small handful of Dried Cranberries and Raisins

Stir it up in your jar, and enjoy!

With my OATrageous goodness, I enjoyed 1/2 Pink Grapefruit (w/drizzle of agave nectar) and Coffee:

Rain is in store for this morning, but hopefully it won’t be so bad that I’ll be discouraged from running outside. Will let you know how that goes!
