We have all said it before, "I just don't have time for it." Make yourself a priority and if that means giving it 8 minutes, I'll take it! While in Miami with my friend Annie we went for a long walk and got back to the room and I told her we were going to do core work. Annie is one of those very lucky people that does not have to work out to maintain her beautiful figure and lean physique, but she sits in a car all day everyday for her job and her body suffers. We don't need to get to the gym to workout and we don't have to have a lot of time. At some point in our lives we have probably said, my back is bothering me... and if you are one of the lucky ones who haven't congratulations. Strengthening your core will help ward off back pain and injury. So pick your favorite song and let's get to it, really it is just one song (one long song) worth of movement to make a difference! I've picked one for you; listen, read, learn and do! *Remember to take modifications and progressions as YOU need and as YOU feel are appropriate for your body.
