1. Salubrious Diet and more Fluids Food and fluids are one of your best aids while you undergoing treatment. They will help you in maintaining strength as well as reduce the magnitude of possible side effects. The treatment causes dehydration in some patients, hence, drink plenty of water to avoid that. Avoid alcoholic drinks and caffeinated drinks. Gorge more on plant proteins as they are easy to digest. To maintain optimum weight include more of dairy products and eggs in your diet.
2. Take Help
Don’t try and do everything yourself, this is not the time to prove how self reliant you are. Take help from family and friends in doing the daily chores. Just relax at your home and take this time watch your favorite movies and read books.

The treatment, healthy food and exercises will help your body recover but you need something else that helps your mind recover.
