Our first GirlTrek Challenge!

7 Days straight. At least 60 minutes a day of moderate to intense physical activity.

Start date: Monday, February 9th.
End date: Sunday, February 15th.

Ok, leave your name in the comments section if you are on board with us for this challenge! It's just one week and imagine how great and accomplished you will feel on Sunday night laying in bed after doing your body and mind good for a whole week!
