The week is winding down (finally) and the weekend is about to begin!
Grad school classes started up again this week and I was so NOT ready. I feel very disorganized (which is not like me!) and need the weekend to get back on track with school since I’m off from work. I already have a good amount of work to get done, but before that happens, I need to organize my binders and calendar so I know what’s going on when
This morning started out with a 6 mile easy training run (check out the plan here !) on the treadmill. It’s wayyyyy too cold outside for me to even want to run outside! I barely even want to leave the house! Me and the cold don’t get along to well!
I munched on my pre-workout snack while going through e-mails before I headed to the gym.
When I got home, I made myself a quick bowl of cereal to refuel since I’m out of oats (!) (Probably the biggest upset I’ve encountered post-workout in a while! )
It’s not the prettiest picture of cereals, but it def was one yummy bowl
In the mix: Nature’s Path Heritage O’s, Nature’s Path cinnamon flax +, blueberries, 1% lactaid milk, 1/2 scoop chocolate sunwarrior protein powder and 1/2 tbsp sunflower butter
