This week’s video is specific to Week 7: Keep the Outside Out. Keeping the Outside out means taking action to eliminate pollutants and allergens from the outside from entering your home. In this episode, I share tips in dealing with smaller spaces, as well as information and my thoughts about the Neti Pot. The Neti Pot is a fantastic way to keep pollutants and allergens from entering your nose and respiratory system.
