We sometime forgot (and maybe take for granted) all the wonderful people and things we have in our lives. Take a look around at all that you have and time some time to appreciate it. I guarantee it will make you smile.
Surround Yourself with Positivity.
Lose all the negative Nellie's and energy suckers in your world. This also applies to your work and home environment. Is the colour of your living room dull and drab? Try a few coats of bright paint. Does your work desk need a face lift? Fresh flowers are a great way to spruce it up.
Simplify Your Life.
We are all guilty of stretching ourselves too thin sometimes. Have a look at your schedule/"to do" list and see what you can change to make your life a little bit easier. If you have set 10 different goals for the month, try working on just one. Set aside time every week to spend time with your family doing something simple that you all enjoy.
Do What You Love.
Find a hobby or activity your are passion about and dig in. It could be a simple activity, like reading a book or something more complex like training for a marathon. It doesn't matter what you do, just do it.
