5-4-3-2-1 Weekend Countdown!!!

Good morning and Happy Friday! Today on Let’s Talk and Walk – A Weekend Countdown including 5 great tweets, 4 great posts, 3 healthy pins, 2 #holidayaday photos, & 1 thought for the weekend. Enjoy!

Last week I came home every night and rested my leg. This week I have been out and about every night and my leg has been feeling it. Last night I came home, went to bed, and rested my leg. Sometimes I forget I had major surgery less than a month ago. I go from feeling I could walk a 5K to feeling like I don’t want to walk at all. I see the doctor again in two weeks, so I will get new instructions then.

Since I haven’t done this in a while, I thought we would do a 5-4-3-2-1 weekend countdown!
