TGIF! Happy Friday! I cannot tell you how thankful I am the weekend is almost here. I am also thankful the power stayed on all night last night. Guess what tomorrow is?

Catch the Leprechaun 5K

The Catch the Leprechaun 5K. My first 5K since surgery. WOOHOO!!! I am very excited to walk this race. Today is a rest day because yesterday was a 30 second plank, a 1.62 mile walk, and a 30 minute suspension class. My body needs some time to recover.

I thought we would do a fun friday countdown today. Here we go!

  • Walking the Catch the Leprechaun 5K
  • Making room in the closet for hubby’s shoes. I am a closet hog and have all the floor space AND the back of the door. My intention is to make room for hubby’s shoes so they aren’t piled in his office any more.
  • I HOPE
    to give blood. I know they are running low of my blood type, but I do need results from my echocardiogram beforehand. So, this may have to get delayed for a while.
