4th of July Workout! Quick to burn.

You might not have a lot of time to workout tomorrow or maybe you do?  Either way I put together a very quick, less than 8 minute, leg workout to add to your routine or to do on its on, so you can be a little more guilt free with that extra holiday drink or in my case ICE CREAM :-)

All you need is an ankle band and a timer.  Great workout to do right before you slip into your bathing suit to feel toned and tightened!
