A few weeks ago I read about a fellow lulu who set a goal to . A former coworker of mine was inspired and set out to do 365 days of sweat of her own. I’ve decided to join her.
My motivation isn’t to work out more – I’m happy with my current workouts. I’m excited to test my limits, to learn to listen to my body and keep moving every day, even when all I can handle is a 15 minute walk with this guy.
I’m writing all of my workouts down on a calendar on my fridge. I’m excited to have 12 of these in October 2013 and I’ll post them here at the end of each month.
