I’m loving this challenge . It hasn’t been challenging at all – my workouts were already happening at about the same frequency, but most interesting to me has been seeing the breakdown of how I’m sweating.
There were 3 days this month when I didn’t run/spin/go to yoga, and those were days I would usually take a rest day. Those three days I made sure to get out for an extra long walk with my favorite walking buddy.
After a month I feel really good! My biggest goal throughout this challenge is to stay healthy and injury-free.
Looking ahead to November, I have a few smaller goals in mind while I continue this challenge:
1. Record foam rolling on my calendar (hoping this encourages me to do this more than once a week or so)
2. Step up my running game from 2 to 3 times a week.
I’ve made it through 31 days!
