Helllooo Party People!
Last night’s WOD was a Hero WOD. When our coach said it was a 30 minute AMRAP I thought he was crazy. Usually AMRAPS are 10-15 minutes.

Completed 13 rounds and died in the process. Seriously this workout was tough; the entire time I was thinking what am I doing?
