30 minute AMRAP? what?

Helllooo Party People!

Last night’s WOD was a Hero WOD. When our coach said it was a 30 minute AMRAP I thought he was crazy. Usually AMRAPS are 10-15 minutes.

30min AMRAP

5 Deadlifts (105lbs)
13 Push-Ups (with a band)
9 Box Jumps (“20″)

Completed 13 rounds and died in the process. Seriously this workout was tough; the entire time I was thinking what am I doing?

Some things I am noticing I am getting better at.
