The “Three Strikes and You’re Out” workout challenges your
body and your mind. It’s a full
body workout that will make you push through fatigue and maybe a little bit of
ego and pain.
Kyle wrote this workout for me to do last week when I was
traveling to Virginia . I did it
with my Mom. I think if she ever
hears the phrase “do 30” again, it will be too soon.
This workout is great to do at a busy gym, because you’re
only on one machine at a time.
Make sure you’re challenging yourself with the weight. If you can get over 15 on the first
try, then it’s probably too light.
Trust in your strength.
It’s okay to not get 30, so go BIG!
I made the graphic red, white, and blue colored to celebrate
the upcoming 4th of July holiday and to play off the “3 strikes”
baseball theme. It is America’s
past time, right?
The morning of the 4th I will be announcing the
Watermelon Run here in Orlando and we have a BBQ at Kyle’s family’s house. I’m in charge of the cole slaw.
When is the last time
you watched a baseball game?
